I have a free ArcGIS online account and I do not have an "Analysis" tool in my classic map viewer. There is no button to the right of the Basemap button. Is this because I don't get access to this tool with a free account? Is there any way to get this tool?
Analysis tools are not available with ArcGIS Public Account. You need to have an organizational account to access these tools. Moreover they also consume service credits.
In case you are looking for ArcGIS for learning/ non-commercial purpose, you could purchase ArcGIS for Personal Use license.
