Pro Resources on start page - can I add additional content?

Hi all,

We are using Pro 2.9.5 and attempting to move all the City ArcMap users to Pro. We have created a couple of our own Storymaps and other linkable items that provides additional details about Pro workflows specific to the City of Greenville for our users. It would be nice if we could add these links to the resources area on the Pro start page (below). Is there any way to do this?
