Layer Symbology is created from XY Table to point tool has default symbol unlike other output feature class in ArcGIS Pro ?

when i create feature class from table using xy table to point the layer added to the map with a blue symbol and when i remove the layer and add it again the same symbol is selected unlike the other fearture class adds with a random symbol.

and when i try to create subtype on this feature class the features on the map is disappeared ?
Did you face this issue before
