Strip Map Index Feature for streets

Question

I used the Strip Map Index Feature tool to create a feature for my streets feature class in a map series. It created the index feature for all the streets but the issue I have is not every page in the map series is showing the street polyline feature. Why is this? Which setting am I missing to have all the pages in the map series show the streets?

I figured it out. The labels were set to appear at certain scales. Once I changed the map extents it worked.
