Issue with sum of repeats

Hi All,

We recently have issue with the sum function of the repeats. Shortly,  sum() is not correct with the data in a repeat. This issue does not happen often, however, it makes us worry about the quality of the data and now we have to have another step to check the consistency...

This happens on both iOS and Android so I would say this is app level.

Has anyone noticed this issue?

I have seen this happen a few ways. 

One is opening back up from a draft or inbox the calcs do not always fire.

Sum in inside the repeat vs outside the repeat.

Users are editing values in the web map directly during later QA steps.  I removed a number of calcs due to this and we consider them summary estimates only.
