Flip Symbol option

Based on this post here by @DEAF_PROBERT_68.

It would be useful to have a Flip option available on symbols. As mentioned in one of the replies to the original post, the only way to flip a symbol is to create on yourself. Being able to do it in Pro would open up a lot of options.
