Survey123 Community Gallery Submission

Hey There,

I am interested in submitting a form I created with Survey123 Connect to the Community Gallery page. Once the form is approved and in the Gallery, am I able to go back and edit it in the future?

Hi @ZacharyJaffe,

When a survey is accepted and then added to the community gallery, the survey will be cloned to a dedicated community gallery account. If you'd like to update a survey you've previously submitted you can submit the new version of the survey using the submission form and include a note that the survey will replace an existing community template that you submitted.
