Download CityEngine Trial - Full robust error?

I want to download the CityEngine Trial but get this error message.

Type: expression
Messages: variable [PROFILEUSERINFO] doesn't exist

* The full robust errors can be seen by switching the coldbox.customErrorTemplate in your configuration file (/config/ColdBox.cfc) to "/coldbox/system/includes/BugReport.cfm" and reloading the application.

A few days ago I happened to download the official trial version and it worked perfectly. I hope you were able to  download it successfully in the meantime and wish you all the best exploring the world of CityEngine.
