ArcGIS Workforce Mobile application

Hi All,

I am using portal for ArcGIS 10.9.1 . I have created a project on ArcGIS Workforce at web. When I am logging into the Workforce mobile application it is showing me that project but there is a download button associated with the project. So just wanted to understand when i will download it on mobile what all content will it download and in which format the data will be stored.
