Increase feature attachment image size in arc pro report template

Hello, I'm struggling to get my report template to display feature (image) attachments large enough to be meaningful. I have worked within the properties of the attachment frame and have not been able to adjust the grid to be large enough. And, within the exported report there appears to be wasted space. Is there another way to resize these images within the template?
