ArcGIS field maps error - unable to submit

I’m wondering if anyone can shed some light on the two error messages attached. I have a user trying to submit new data using Field maps but receiving the 2 error messages. The layer is stored in our SQL server and published up through ArcGIS Server Manager

Is ArcGIS Server logging anything when the user attempts to submit the data?

Within the Field Maps app there's also the ability to turn on Logging, under the Troubleshooting options from the Profile page. If the user enables that and then tries to submit the data it might give you a better idea of what the issue is.
