Cascading questions based on previous answer not working in published online form to be filled out on web browser

I have a survey 123 form I built in connect that I published and will be filled out online through the web browser. My cascading questions based on previous answers are not populating. The questions guiding the following populated questions are usually select one with appearance horizontal. Is this something not supported for the web browser?
