i CANT ACCESS ARCGIS PRO I GOT AN ERROR

After reinstalling Arcgis pro I got this message after entering credentials. I'm using an ArcGIS personal use account.

Error: The number of licenses assigned to users exceeds the number of licenses available in your organization. Please contact your administrator to reconfigure your organization's licenses

I need help, I have tried to communicate with the local Arcgis office nothing solved.

Since it's a personal account you need to log into your ArcGIS Online site to allocate ArcGIS Pro licenses.
