Export Network in Arcgis Pro

Hi all,

We're planning out our upgrade to Arcgis Pro and I'm looking for information about the GP tool Export Network.

My understanding is that as of Pro 2.9 and Enterprise 10.9.1 the tool has full functionality and now populates the output concurrency table.

I have 2.9 but our enterprise is still at 10.8.x, and since I cannot find the tool in Pro and there is only Developer documentation for it (https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/services-reference/enterprise/lr-export-network.htm) am I correct in that in pro it is only available as a service through portal?

If anyone has information on how it actual works in pro that would be appreciated.
