I am trying to get my reference layers that aren't editable to show up in the crowdsource reporter application. I have gone under the Options tab and selected "Show Reference Layers" but nothing shows up. I made sure those layers were shared with the group but nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated!
It shows in the legend that there are reference layers but will not draw them?
