Spatial Selection; points near polygon edge

ArcGis PRo 2.6

I have a feature class of points, and a polygon feature class: I want to select the points based on their proximity to the edge of the polygon.  Is there a spatial selection that supports this?  I've tried a couple different methods but haven't found one that works.  For example:

Moments later: It's a simple polygon feature class, just one polygon so I was able to use the polygon to line tool. Then I did a 'Within a Distance' spatial selection.
