Does arcgis js v3.17 support spatialReference {wkid: 102713, latestWkid: 2258}?

Question

I use arcgis js v3.17. I want to draw a basemap https://gis.donaanacounty.org/server/rest/services/Building/MapServer whose spatialReference is {wkid: 102713, latestWkid: 2258}. However, it renders as blank(white) screen.

Does arcgis js v3.17 support this spatialReference?

Hi @mrgao, I would assume 3.17 can handle this, at least it displays when you click the ArcGIS Online Map Viewer link. The features are extremely small polygons, so you might want to make sure the view extent and zoom level is correct in your app.
