How to allow download of hosted tiled layers?

I have this orthophoto published as part of my Drone2Map workflow:

I need my users to be able to look at the image but to download it as well. How can I do that? Per the documentation, I included a link in the metadata to the tiff file, under distribution tab but no success.

Is there a way to provide our users the Download button with the link defined on the metadata distribution? or is there an easy way to do it?
