Switching from Googlemap to ESRI

Hi everyone,

 

I am new to ESRI GIS.  I need to migrate a Googlemap base app to ESRI.  I really can some help and guideance.  I need to create a hybrid map in ESRI on arcgis.com that show the following:

 

1. poles

2. cables

3. traffic light

 

I attached a sample map here that shows the above.

I looked through a lot of the ESRI base map but I just could not find the right combination for it.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
