Real time buffer after a new data point is collected?

Hi ESRI community,

I am looking for ways to plug a real-time buffer right after a point data is being collected. The goal of it is to have the buffer reflected on the field maps and dashboard right away. I have been searching around and found something with the tracker but not field maps specifically. Wonder if anyone knows how to solve it?
