rying to extract elevation from Terrain: Elevation Tinted Hillshade

Question

I'm trying to extract elevation from Terrain: Elevation Tinted Hillshade but i get this results 75 , but no elevation what's the problem and how can i resolve it pleas

Hi,

A hillshade Terrain should not be used for extracting elevation values to a point feature class. You would use the default Terrain 3D or Terrain. Please see this topic on considerations for using the Terrain 3D elevation service as input to geoprocessing tools.
