How to help users to type first 3 letters and option appears?

I have list of medicines prescribed by nurses and want to know if there any way that she can type first 3 letters of named medicine and the system allow to appear options. By this she will save time. to scroll and find the right medicines?

yes you can.
Set the appearance to autocomplete, and as soon as start typing the system will filter the options accordingly.

Thanks, I get you but how? There is only 1 option on the appearance you mean rewrite autocomplete_minimal??
