Geodatabase administration properties having the details like 'Modified'. Where can we find the SDE table to see the the sessions or processes that modifying the default version. Currently we are not able to find that orphan session/ user who is editing the state that conflicting other ETL script. As state IDs not showing exact user or table details.

It sounds like there was a reconcile / post by another version with DEFAULT (I assume you are R /P to that version) before your posted.What happens if you reconcile / post again?
