Translating Story Map w/ Deep Learning not translating content

I've downloaded the template for 'Translating Story Map from one language to another using Deep Learning'. The notebook runs and does translate the story map item's title and description but the story map itself is not translated. Is this a limitation of the notebook? My understanding was that it stored the content text in a dictionary and replaces it.
