Survey123 report does not show the map

Hello everyone! I am writing about a problem I keep having when generating a survey report. It is impossible to see the map in the report with the georeferenced information, we have tried adding expressions and parameters but cannot find the solution. If anyone has had a similar problem I would love to hear how you solved it.
