Web AppBuilder -Unexpected Identifier Error

I was authoring a Web App in Web AppBuilder within our Portal (ARCGIS Enterprise). I added Splash Screen Widget then Saved. I Launched it to View changes I had made in my Web App - then all off a sudden it errors out - Web App Interface has the blue background   and Unexpected Identifier and the Sad Face showing

Did everything . Refreshed, Log out Log Back In, tried ARCGIS Online Assistant (Portal Version)  Restarted our Portal (ARCGIS Enterprise)  and still Error shows. 

Any one else experience this? 

ESRI need help on this.
