Cannot generate token for SetupMapArea

Hi all!

I'm trying to run the SetupMapArea job from my organization's portal, but it says that I need to generate a token to use the services and tiled base maps.

I've tried going to https://services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/tokens/generateToken and entering the information & credentials needed, but I keep getting an invalid request error.

Has anyone else experienced this before?
