.MMPK displayed offline in Survey123 APP desappears after a couple of seconds

Hello,

I have created a MMPK and uploaded to the cloud. The MMPK has a .SHP and a .TPKX

I created it following this instructions:

But when I open it in Survey123 (Maps button) in offline status it appears but only some seconds, also, if I zoom in or out, it also dessapears.

Can someone give a hint about what is happening?

Here it is a MMPK with  a FeatureClass and a .TPKX

When I open it in Survey123 I see absolutly nothing.
