How to fix one edge of Polygon sketch while editing?

Hello Community,

I am trying to achieve a functionality in which I am using sketchViewModel like this sandbox:

Here I want my polygon to be with one edge fixed i.e. out of 4 corners, 2 corners making an edge should not be editable but others can be editable. Can anyone please help me out in this?
