There is a document that you can use Portal for uploading .3vr file but cannot access ArcGIS 360 VR website to consume that file.Is there any suggestion? Will they support Portal in the future?

While it is possible to upload .3vr items to portal, viewing and creating 360 VR Experiences is currently not possible. Future support for enterprise has not been decided at the moment.
