How to include map with feature (point) in a report when survey is a related table to feature layer?

I have a feature layer of tree points with a related table for inspection data on the trees. I have created a survey off of the related table (with no geopoints). I want to create a report template for the inspections which includes a map showing the location of the tree. How do I do this? Can I use the parent global id to retrieve the location of the feature?
