Pull IPAD Image Name and populate form

I have designed a photolog form for use in the field.

Is there a way to pull the name of the image (after picture is taken) and populate a text field so that the name in the text field matches the name of the actual IPAD image?

Hello @AndreasKorsos,

Please refer to this Esri Community post for extracting the image name. You can use a calculation that refers to the image question to extract the file name.
