No "Add image server connection" button in Customize toolbar starting from ArcMap 10.6

Every ArcMap version till 10.5 had this button and I was using it to add orthophoto as a layer. I don't really know much about servers and I wonder if it's possible to add same layers using same server address (only numbers like: 00.00.0.00) I used before in new ArcMap as I don't have that button anymore
