Help in converting coordinates ArcMap 10.6

Question

Need a little assistance, as this is admittedly a weak area for me. I have the GPS coordinates (NAD 83 US Feet, FL Stateplane West) for two structures I need to add to a feature class that is in WGS 1984 Web Mercator Auxiliary Sphere. What is the most efficient way to convert the coordinates properly so I can place them in the right location? Thank you!

I put it into a table and was able to figure it out from there with a little guidance from my boss. Thank you!

Have you already converted the GPS points to a shapefile or feature class?  Or is it in a table?
