Enterprise dashboard no data expression availabe

Hi,

my question is simple:

why is there no button to create data expressions in my ArcGIS Enterprise Dashboard app?

What version of Enterprise are you on? Data Expressions are only available starting at 10.9.1.

Yes, our enterprise version was still below 10.9.1
