My students were reporting an issue with their story map: they were copy-pasting text from a Google Drive shared document into their shared story map (shared in a group with collaboration possibility), the changes were saving but once published they were disappeared!
The solutions below were not helpful:
1- Restarting the browser
2- Cleaning cache and cookies
3- Making sure that all group members are not working at the same minute (in case of creating confusion over saving for the program)
Here was the solution:
Copying the Google Drive text into a Word document, removing all kind of fomrating, pasting it back into the story map!
This last step solved the issue for good!
