Adding to a domain post-publishing

Hi there,

I have already published a feature service and is used in FieldMaps by workers. If I want to add a new value to a domain (via the admin page of the feature service) will this avoid the need for me to re-publish the feature service? If so, will the user needed to sync their offline data and download a new area with the new domain value included?

If you edit the domain in the AGOL service's page, then you do not need to re-publish.

Users who previously synced will probably need to do so again, though I don't have a layer handy to test that particular aspect. I don't see how an offline copy would get the new domain value otherwise, though.
