Can I edit a survey through edit mode with multiple repeats (not nested)?

Hello!

I am setting up a link through dashboard that takes the user back to the survey123 to edit in browser. I have done this plenty of times but this one is not working. I heave 2 repeats in the survey and I am getting this error. I confirmed edit settings and that the form is in the proper folder. Any ideas? thanks!
