WWW-Authenticate is NTLM error when trying to add an image to Survey123

Hey everyone,

I'm building a survey in Survey123 and I'd like to add a graphic to the survey to make it pop. When I add the URL to the "Image URL" textbox in Survey123 it gives me an error "WWW-Authenticate is NTLM." Does anyone happen to know how to resolve this? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
