Change rotation of vector field to aspect direction

I used a DEM to make an aspect image and then changed the symbology to "vector field." However, the arrows are all pointing straight and do not reflect the direction of the slope.

How can I rotate them so that they match the aspect direction?

In Symbology, change Magnitude to None, and Direction to Band_Name.
