I am trying to geocode a large number of records about 1.6 million. After starting the geocoding process it kicks me out from ArcMap. Thanks

That's a huge number of geocodes.
Batch Geocoding using ArcGIS World Geocoding Service consumes credits. [40 credits per 1,000 geocodes].
1.6 M geocodes approximately would consume 64000 credits.
Are you connected with an ArcGIS Online organizational account with enough credits to go through the entire list of records?
Also you could explore Open Data and Open Source Geocoders – BatchGeo Blog, but we can't discuss on those geocoders in the Esri Community.
