I have a MMPK map that when opened on ipads or iphones using the Explorer app will not zoom in. They have closed out of the app and opened it back as well as re-downloaded the map itself but still the same issue. This is not an issue on the desktop Explorer App. Any suggestions as to what is causing this?

Have you tried opening the MMPK in Field Maps? Explorer has been deprecated and is no longer in active development, there have been some changes between Explorer and Field Maps that I believe will resolve this issue for you.
