Can ESRI please make Viewer Level members be able to complete Survey123 web forms? It makes no sense that public-facing forms can't be completed when viewers are logged in.
Our company has the IWA setup for Single Sign-On experience for Portal, we would also like this ability to allow users with Viewer type to fill the survey shared to public users in the organization.
Additionally, it greatly limits its usability and makes Survey123 incredibly cost prohibitive.
