How to set vertical exaggeration in ArcGIS Pro 2.9

Question

I just upgraded from Pro 2.8.3 to 2.9

I upgraded to 2.9 and have a local scene- again set the ground at raster surface- while in 2.8.3 I could set VE I believe for the ground - and all rasters and layers would be automatically show the correct VE.

Has the process changed again?  I need the capability to change the VE  of the ground surface.

Am I missing something here- must be something simple .

Got it. This has been an a pet peeve for a while. This to my mind is not intuitive, requires  looking at two areas in the interface at once- simpler approach would have been applying in the Ground properties, but that is just my opinion. Found the process better implemented in the 10x series.
