Can't get postload.js to work

Hello,

We tried to use the postload.js to initialize it but it still is sending the blank postload.js as if we never updated it. How can we get WAB to send the modified postload.js? We placed it in the .../apps/webappviewer/dynamic-modules/postload.js location but it still blank when we look at it in our web browser developer tools. Any help would be much appreciated.
