We want to automate as much as possible the creation of certain type of standardised surveys.Is there a way we can create / publish survey123 conect type of survey using an API or something similar?

We are working on including the publish workflow in the ArcGIS API for Python, but unfortunately don't have anything released yet. Please follow this ArcGIS Idea for progress.
