How to change About Us text in file after exporting Web AppBuilder application

Is there a way to change the text on the About Us widget directly on the generated code after the application gets exported to IIS

Yes the About Us widget, I just found it under  \configs\About

Do you mean the About widget? If you go into the directory configs/About, you can modify the json file. In my app, it's named "config_widgets_About_Widget_20.json"

If you are taking about the "About" widget then you look in your apps configs folder and About folder and edit the config__#.json file.
