ArcGIS World Geocoder

Question

Is there a way to change where the World Geocoder drops it's point?  For example, when you create an online map and search by address, it drops a point in the center of what would be the parcel; is there a way to have the point dropped on the road?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you create a locator view, a proxy of the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service, you can specify if the match will be the rooftop or the street, see step 9, https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/reference/geocode.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_BC67C473527D4AD4A51F24B5D1A6860C.
