Dashboard serial chart sorting with selector

I have a dashboard serial bar chart with categories from features and five stacked series. I can sort overall by a field (the sum), but I'm wondering if I can setup a selector that allows the user to change sorting by data category. Can this be done with the built-in selector or arcade scripting?
