I would like to transfer all services from Arcgis server 10.2 to Arcgis server 10.9. Already copy all files from folders\\arcgisserver\config-store\services\\\arcgisserver\directories\arcgisoutput\\\arcgisserver\directories\arcgiscache\\\arcgisserver\directories\arcgissystem\arcgisinput\to new server same folder. I can see all services on manager but can't view on Arcgis Api for Javascript. As well us I can run on desktop application. When I share new service I don't face any issue.
Check out the Server Tools in the ArcGIS pro toolbox. There are tools specific for caching.
